I was heading north to Oregon so it was very convenient to pop off I-80 for the night.

The staff is super friendly! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location felt safe, and parking was easily available.

Booked it for our weekend and had a great stay here. Simple hotel, all of the staff were incredible and exceptionally nice, favourable location close to everything.

The staff was very friendly and met all my requested needs (I.E., places to eat, extra shampoo, iron)

The room was very dirty. The door knobs and shower were disgusting. Chairs had white powder which appeared to cover stains, dirt or smell (would only sit on them with a towel over the cushion). Towels were very old and cheap. Also, they don't provide hair conditioner, only shampoo.

Check the shower before using it. I accidentally set off the fire alarm, causing a delay in helping from the staff.

There was a leak in the bathroom; the bed was made poorly; I would like to have seen a small refrigerator in the room.

Recommend it for couples looking for a decent stay

The beds were comfortable, like they actually cared about it for once. Another plus was that the staff was super kind.

Simple, fairly clean venue with particularly good and easy location just off restaurants, shopping of all kinds, and stores, shops and eateries. Brand-new, spacious room with fridge, waffles, microwave! The pool area is clean too. Late check out. A great way to end my trip;)))

Smoke smell everywhere, needs updating, poor continental breakfast, lots of long term tenants smoking pot. Rooms have an odd smell.

The beds are comfortable, nice for great restful nights. The room overall felt clean and organized, a must for me. I appreciated the tucked away location that contributed to a sense of safety. I loved enjoying the gorgeous mountain view that added to the tranquility of my stay.

The hotel decor was charming, with lovely picture frames that added a personal touch. The seating areas were inviting.

Longer breakfast hours would be appreciated.

Culinary treasures abound here! Hisui Japanese Restaurant whips up some bomb udon that'll get you hooked. The vibes at El Pollo Loco are always a crowd-pleaser. Easy check-in and sweet staff.

We had a hiccup with our pup's accident, and the $150 charge was like a rip-off-especially since we cleaned it up ourselves! The room had a weird odor that threw off the cozy vibe.
